If there is no estimated shipping date noted in your order summary, that means the product you ordered is in stock and will ship by the next business day Monday-Friday excluding holidays. (See our Holiday Schedule at the bottom of this page for details.)  

We ship all orders from our location in Fresno, California.

Signature Required: Orders over $599 will require a signature. 

California customers: Orders shipped via FedEx within California are typically delivered in 1-2 business days. We ship all orders from our location in Fresno, California.

Canada customers: Dynavin orders are shipped DHL only and typically delivered within 1-3 business days.


Shipping costs are automatically carrier-calculated and are determined at checkout by weight. We ship Dynavin units via FedEx/UPS within the U.S. and DHL for international orders only. 

We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to returns/exchanges or labor charges related to installation or reinstallation of products. If using an installer, please use one near you.


Customers who choose FedEx expedited shipping (i.e. FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight) must place their order before 11am Pacific Monday-Friday to ship out the same day with the exception of items on backorder. If an item you've ordered is on backorder meaning that it is out of stock (check your order confirmation email for an estimated shipping date) then it will ship by the date shown. FedEx Overnight orders placed on Friday may not be delivered until Monday in some areas where Saturday delivery is unavailable. To ensure that your expedited order will arrive on time, please email us. (Please see our holiday schedule below.)  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Customers outside the U.S.)

As the North American distributor, we are limited to shipping to the U.S., Canada, Central America, South America, Norway, and a few other countries without assigned distributors*. We only ship Dynavin units via DHL for international orders. DHL Express orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days. For accessories and other small items, customers can choose to ship USPS or DHL. Orders to Canada with standard USPS shipping option typically arrive in about 7-14 business days. 

We do not provide shipping quotes. For shipping costs and options, please add the item(s) you want to your cart and proceed to the checkout page to input your shipping address. You will be able to view shipping costs before purchasing. Duties/customs fees are not included. Please contact your local customs office for information.

If you are having an item shipped to an address outside of the United States, you may be charged import fees/taxes which are the full responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs or post office for details.
