Why is the touchscreen unresponsive on my Dynavin unit for Mustang 2015-2023?  

If the touchscreen is not responding, you can hold down the HOME icon button for about 10 seconds until it restarts, or you can use a paperclip to push in the round reset button labeled “RST” just to the left of the volume down button on the front panel (circled below).

This touchscreen issue can happen when the touchscreen ribbon cable is connected AFTER the unit is powered on for the first time. Also, make sure the ribbon cables are securely attached and there are no bent pins on the back of the touchscreen and on the main unit.
