Please note: All Dynavin orders require a signature (no exceptions). If needed, you can use UPS MyChoice (a free service) to allow UPS to leave the package without a physical signature, change the delivery date, or select a UPS Access Point location to pick up from. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Out of stock Dynavin units will ship by the next business day (M-F) from when we receive them from the manufacturer not from the day the order was placed.
Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Some Dynavin models sell out before we receive the shipment from the manufacturer so we highly recommend placing your order as soon as possible even if the item is not currently in stock.
If you need to make any changes to your order, email Support@DynavinNorthAmerica.com ASAP. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped. The shipping address cannot be changed.
